RIP Neil Armstrong (August 5, 1930 - August 25, 2012)


The First Man on the Moon passed away, today. A man that will forever go down in history. One of the few people to look at the Earth form the surface of a different celestial body. The first person to come closest to seeing the rest of the universe with their own eyes. A loss we all mourn.

Neil Armstrong will be missed, for his contributions to space travel, and for us Whovians, his unknowing contribution in fighting the Silence. Thank you, Neil.
